If you are having problems placing an order or with an order you received, please contact our Online Customer Service department at info@urbanhaberdashery.com. All sales are final. We only accept exchanges for products with issues, no refunds. (Urban Haberdashery does not cover shipping for exchanges). Once an pre-order is placed were unable to refund it or change it. Items must be in NEW Unworn condition in order to exchange your order.


Our online customer service hours are:
 Monday – Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm EST.

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day (excluding holidays and weekends).
